GP65 NATURAL RUBBER:
Natural rubber has good wear resistance and good flexing qualities at low temperatures. It has excellent resilience , tensile strength , elongation , tear strength and mechanical properties.
Thicknesses available: 1,6 mm – 50 mm
Widths: 1200 mm
INSERTION SHEETING:
This rubber is made of SBR ( styrene butadiene ) with a cloth inner liner. It is suitable for low to medium duty applications involving air , water and diluted mixtures It is used for a variety of applications including packing ,matting ,gaskets ,mud flaps etc... Reinforcement restricts creeping in gasket form
Thicknesses available: 1.6 mm – 8 mm

GUM RUBBER:
For installations requiring high tensile and elongation characteristics along with superior abrasion resistance and for applications requiring a soft rubber seal resistant to salts , acids etc…

FOOD GRADE RUBBER:
Primarily used in the food and beverage industries for sealing applications.It is non-toxic and non marking and has good resistance to oily and greasy food products.

NEOPRENE (CHLOROPRENE):
An all-purpose elastomer and extremely versatile synthetic rubber used in various applications. Neoprene rubber has good aging, weathering and oil-mist resistant properties.

NITRILE RUBBER (NBR-NITRILE BUTADIENE):
NBR Nitrile has excellent resistance to petroleum oils and aromatic hydrocarbons,mineral oils and many
acids with good elongation,resilience,tensile and compression set properties.
Available in commercial grade. High specification Nitrile made to order.

E.P.D.M RUBBER:
EPDM rubber is ideal for outdoor applications because of it’s excellent resistance to water (fresh and sea) , oxidation,ultra violet,ozone and weathering coupled with good temperature resistance.It also has good resistance to acids,water based chemical and vegetable based hydrocarbons.

DIAPHRAGM SHEETING:
A coated rubberized fabric designed specifically for use as diaphragms in the auotomotive industry. Nitrile (oil-resistant) rubber with nylon reinforcement.

SILICONE SHEETING:
Silicone rubber is a very versatile material that can handle extreme temperatures.Typical applications include oven doors,glazing seals,gaskets and sealing washers.It has excellent flame-retardant characteristics and can be used in contact with food and drink.

CORK:
Rubberised cork is an oil resistant flexible material and can be used for gasketing on transformers,automobiles tractors and electrical equipment. The cork is bonded to NBR Nitrile.
